Connect-ISP works with MikroTik RouterOS routers running the Hotspot feature. PPPoE is not supported.
No. Connect-ISP runs in the cloud. Your router connects to it over a private WireGuard tunnel using a script we generate for you, and customer logins are validated by the router itself.
They choose a plan on your captive portal and approve an MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money prompt on their phone. Their voucher code arrives by SMS and they connect. Customers can also redeem printed vouchers bought from you or your agents.
Yes. Create agent accounts with their own logins. Each agent gets a prepaid wallet, generates vouchers from their balance, and can see their sales and commission. You set the commission and can freeze a wallet at any time.
Mobile money payments are credited to your Connect-ISP wallet. You can withdraw to your verified mobile money number (from UGX 20,000) or straight to your verified bank account (from UGX 100,000). Every withdrawal is confirmed with a one-time code, and you can download transaction and withdrawal statements as Excel or PDF.
Yes. Start from a starter template (Clean Horizon, Night Pulse or Sunset Warm), then set your logo, colours and background. Each location can have its own portal.
